What is ERPNext?
An open-source ERP covering accounting, inventory, sales, purchasing, manufacturing, HR and CRM in one system. No per-user licence fees, and the data stays yours.
Why ERPNext over SAP or Zoho?
Cost and control. Enterprise ERPs price by seat and lock your data in their format. ERPNext is open source, self-hostable and extensible. For a business under a few hundred people it's usually the better economics.
How long does implementation take?
Four to twelve weeks depending on how many modules and how messy the existing data is. Discovery and data cleanup take longer than the technical setup.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes. Spreadsheets, Tally exports, CSVs and most other ERPs. Data cleanup is part of the work, not an afterthought.
What if ERPNext doesn't do what we need?
We build a custom module. That's the advantage of open source — the gap gets filled instead of worked around.
Will our team actually use it?
That's the real risk with any ERP, and it's a training problem more than a software one. Training and documentation are included, and we build around your existing process rather than forcing a new one.
Do you host it?
Either. We can host and manage it, or deploy to your own infrastructure. Both registered in your name.
