mosaic engine

One person's answer to a problem he kept seeing.

Mosaic Engine exists because most small businesses don't need another vendor. They need someone who understands how all the pieces fit.

Why we exist

Five vendors, five invoices, and nothing that talks to each other.

A growing business ends up with a web agency, a marketing agency, a freelancer for the app, an accountant's recommendation for software, and somebody's cousin managing the ads. Each one does their part. Nobody owns the whole. So the owner becomes the integration layer — re-typing orders, chasing leads between tools, and reconciling numbers that should have matched automatically.

That's not a technology problem. It's an ownership problem. We take the whole thing.

Who you'll be working with

Sanskar Patni, Founder & CEO

[Your background in one honest paragraph. Years working with technology, what you built and for whom, the stack you actually ship in, any prior role or company. If you're early in your career, say so plainly and lead with what you've built rather than how long you've been doing it.]

I kept meeting business owners who had spent good money on good tools and still couldn't get a straight answer about where their leads went. The tools weren't the problem. The gaps between them were. That's the work I wanted to do.

Mosaic Engine is founder-led on purpose. You talk to the person writing the code, not an account manager relaying messages. That caps how many clients I take at once, which is deliberate.

How we work

Slow on scope. Fast on build.

Most projects fail in the first week, not the last. We spend the time up front getting the scope exactly right, then build fast against it.

  • 01 Discovery call — 30 minutes. What the business does, where the hours go, what's actually broken.
  • 02 Systems audit — We map your current tools and where data stops moving between them. You keep the map either way.
  • 03 Blueprint — Fixed scope, fixed price, defined milestones, in writing before any money moves.
  • 04 Design — Wireframes and UI you sign off on before a line of code is written.
  • 05 Build — Two-week cycles. Working software at the end of each, not a status update.
  • 06 Test and launch — Cross-browser, cross-device, performance and security checks before going live.
  • 07 Handover and run — Documentation, training, and everything registered in your name.

What we don't do

Things we'll turn down.

Work we can't finish well.

If your requirement needs a specialist we're not, we'll say so and point you somewhere.

Retainers you don't need.

If the build is done and nothing needs maintaining, we'll tell you.

Lock-in.

Code, hosting, domains and ad accounts are yours, in your name, from day one.

Quotes before understanding.

No price on a first call. We quote after the audit, in writing, fixed.

What we build with

  • Web and app — React, Next.js, Node.js, React Native, Tailwind
  • ERP — ERPNext, Frappe, custom modules
  • Automation and AI — WhatsApp Cloud API, n8n, OpenAI and Anthropic APIs
  • Infrastructure — [your hosting], Cloudflare, GitHub

Start with the audit.

Thirty minutes, free, no slide deck. We map how your systems connect today and where the time is going. You keep the map whether or not you work with us.
